The story behind this Project
My name is Catherine, mother of three and grandmother of five.
After 15 years traveling the world as a flight attendant with Air France, I chose a path focused on well-being, nature, and holistic health. I trained in naturopathy and Chinese medicine, practicing for many years.
As retirement approached, we chose the countryside near Alberobello to live a simpler, slower life closer to nature.
When I discovered this timeless place, I immediately felt its unique energy — I named it "Trullo del Benessere" (Trullo of Well-being).
I personally oversaw every step of its renovation to create a space filled with harmony, softness, and serenity.
My wish: that every guest experiences deep relaxation and a true break from everyday life.
